Bear market rally continues
Hi,
stock markets react positvely to start of earning season.
SP500 holds 800 points. Very important level.

It looks like stock markets can move a little bit higher as investors like first news from earnings season.
But I am not strong bull now as trading volume during last week was not so high.
And finally , I still think it is bear market rally. Therefore I am trading leaders on the long side , especially in strongest sectors like Technology.
On other side I have in my watch list a lot of stocks from weak sectors .
On of them is Energy. This sector is not very strong and I expect that
it will drop hard when this rally pause. You can see it on chart below.
Another issue are fundamentals. They are not nice although stock market
rally could signalize something another. I do not think so.
Economy are still falling, only not so hard as during December
and January. There are not signs of recovery, it is still about
decline or stagnation (at the best).
And situation in Europe is being worse and worse. Strong declines in
all EU economies are on the beginning. Germany as export leader is
dropping hard and Ireland or Spain are totally in the dust. I think we
will see soon total collapse of EU monetary situation as EU has a lot of
debt issued.
But Ireland's debt or debt of Greece are totally different to debt of
Germany or Netherlands. But all of them use EUR as currency. It is
not very sustainable situation.
All these ideas I use for my trading strategies in my fund.

Energy sector is not participating too much in last week rally. It looks like it want to go down....
