What will be next move ?
Hi,
stock markets enjoyed strong rally from long term lows.
Very strong rally moved SP500 above 800 points. Very important level.

It will be very important to watch if SP500 will be able to manage
itself above this level. I feel that only in such case we can see some
more upside potential in stock markets. Otherwise we will see more
declines to previous lows.
I see this situation as neutral . I do not want to be too much aggressive in my trading. My short term strategies will be very selective.
Did you noticed that several countries started to talk about new
"reserve" currency in last weeks ? China , Russia, .... I think
they are trying to test waters before G20 meeting. These countries do
not understand that it is not US fault that we see such bear market.
All countries did its part to arrange current situation. And as I do
not expect that these countries will be able to agree on a lot of
strict conditions for such global currency, I think that nothing will
happen during next years.
There are a lot of conditions for issuer country (or countries) should
be fulfilled and also continuously kept by these countries that I think
it is impossible to make such one.
So I think that USD will be the only reserve currency in the world for
next decade out of doubt. It does not mean that USD should be strong
currency. It will be strong against some other currencies and weaker
against another.

Short
ETF watch list: XLE, XLU, IYR,
Inverse ETF (long position): DUG,SRS
BDH is one of the strongest sectors in US markets. I have traded it last week and want to trade it again in next days and weeks.
Stocks Watch List
Long trade/ Buy watch list: GMCR, MVSN, NETL, PNRA ......
Short sell trade watch list: KMB, OM, XTO, KSU, DF .....
