Under 10 years low , wow !
Hi,
US stock markets dropped to 10years low . How impressive !
And my analysis points to possible further drop. First target for Dow Jones Industrial is near 6000 points.

Long term investors should be prepared for more losses in their portfolio. Drop in stock market indexes will continue, I think
But situation in Europe will be much worse. European stock markets are
in front of new wave of selling. Europe is in front of its own European
credit crunch.
Credit crunch based on high debt provided by big European banks to
central and eastern Europe countries, businesses and citizens.
And total value of this problem is much, much bigger then value of
whole US subprime mess. World investors started (finally to realize
this in last weeks and we can expect further pressure to European
stocks.
I think that European governments and central banks are only slowly
acknowledging these facts. And it is also known that they do not know
what to do. European union has no plan for crisis. So I am expecting
the worse. And as I noticed last year , unexpected can happen.
But as Chinese word say. Crisis is opportunity. I believe it. I think
that this crisis brings already a lot of opportunities for new winners.
Who will be these new winners ? What countries and companies will
profit ? I already recognized several possible candidates around the
world - countries and individual companies - which can profit from
current situation.
These winners will increase their own influence and markets
share. They revenues and profits will rise. Their government budgets
will be in good shape.
