Can we see rally into year end ?
Hi,
it looks like US stock markets finally decided to stay above 750 - 800 support level.
I thought that this level could hold as it is really strong and
important support level. Also declines last several months already
without significant bounce |

And such bounce could finally come. Friday's action was really encouraging.
But we have to have on mind that it will be only bear market rally.
Rally which can be used for long trades but only with short term time
frame. It is not good point for investors to start massive
loading of stocks again for long term holdings.
Nevertheless I can finally see that some stocks or sectors are going to
show relative strength or weakness to overall market. We can finally
see some good trade opportunities developing. Era of common decline in
all asset classes could be over.
And it is very good . Relative strength analysis is core knowledge I use in my swing stock trading.
So I started slowly increase my trading activity. There were already some good stock trading setups I opened last week. Some of them are showing nice profit already like APOL long or CREE Short.
