Bounce came as expected
Hello,
we have seen nice bounce last week. As you know I was expecting it .
Oil dropped down hard. I hope you traded this opportunity as I did.

Something interesting happened during last weeks. Strong sectors like
Energy and Basic materials made huge decline. They lost their strength.
I noted it in my blog. I made nice short trades in both sectors during last two weeks.
And earning season started. Also markets are in some bounce type move. It
is time to be patient and not very aggressive. Markets are very
nervous.
Markets are still in bearish mode. Therefore I see this rally as
opportunity to find good short trade setups.I think that this rally
will offer good risk reward short trade setups.
Major European economies started to show weak numbers. There are first
signs of problems. I expect much more decline in European markets and
finally in EUR too.

Actual correction should offer good short trade setups

ETF watch list: XBI, GLD
Short
ETF watch list: BDH,TTH, XLY, XLI, XLE, XLB, DBC,USO, IEF, TLT, LQD, FEZ, EWM, EZU
Inverse ETF long : SIJ, DUG, DXD, SCC, SZK, SMN,
Huge drop in crude Oil futures price last week made breakdown of
important 6 month trendline. As you can notice there is no important
support till 100 - 110 USD area. I think that all commodity related
stocks including Energy and Base materials sectors will be hit by this
decline.

Current up move should offer more short trade setups as it is prevailing stock market trend situation right now. But earning season is in full swing so it is necessary to check earnings date for every stock!
