Markets near supports
Hello,
stock markets already dropped into support levels especially SP500 and Nasdaq
.
But Dow Jones has little bit more space for decline. And so I plan to
use any pullback to enter short trade in Dow , using inverse ETF
like DXD.

After several week of almost continuous decline I feel that stock
markets are near supports. I expect some bounce. Sectors need to
correct little bit. I cannot find good low risk trade setup right now.
Some strength can be found in Biotechnology sector . My current long setups are from this area.
Oil is near 150 USD . This is level where I expect start
of correction down. And Energy sector, drawn higher by oil, is
starting to
drop down. I made already nice short on Wednesday and Thursday in
MMR stock and I expect more weakness there.
Did you noticed drop of EUR ? I think more is in front of us. USD will
strengthen in near future against EUR from my point of view. I monitor
European economy and it is going to weaken hardly in next months. So I
expect more downtrend in European stock exchanges.
