Downtrend confirmed
Hello,
huge sell-off on Friday marked new downtrend move.
As I wrote already 2 weeks ago, markets are starting new downtrend.

Especially Dow Jones is weakest of three major US indexes I monitor - therefore I am long Ultra short ETF DXD.
Although I have to say that I see relative strength in several
technology sectors. Watch Biotechnology and Software. I will plan
some long swing trades in best stocks from these sectors in next weeks
I am also very bearish on bonds. I think that era of low interest rates
is near the end. Technical chart situation is also bearish so I am
short bonds by Ultra short bonds ETF. If you are interested in same
type of trade you can use Interest rate futures on long side too.
I think we can expect interesting summer this year again.
Happy trading,
Richard
How to make better trades
using simple trade management rules ? I can say that a lot of trades
can be much better for every trader if they were better managed. It
means that it is very good to set list of simple rules and them apply
it to every opened trade. What type of rules ? I described it in this article....
