New downtrend is starting


Hello,

have you enjoyed Friday's drop of US stock markets as I do ? I was in short of AMZN and closed almost whole position before close. Nice profit before weekend.

I must say that February was excellent month in my trading. Nice profits especially from swing short trades.

As I mentioned in last issue of this newsletter and also in my blog, there were low volume on the US markets during last 3 weeks. And Friday's action confirmed my bearish view. Huge drop of US stock markets was accompanied with increase of volume.

I expect that new downtrend move is on the beginning and US Stock markets will make new low for this year.

I am also already fully operational in my home in Prague. I settled already after arrival from Spain and now I am preparing for some seminars about trading I will do in Prague. I hope that spring will start soon.

Sector and ETF Watch List

As I mentioned above, I am bearish for US stock markets right now. Only several commodity ETF are now worth watching for long entries

Long ETF watch list: GLD,IEF,DBC,UNG,EWZ,GML


Short ETF wacth list: EWY, PPH, XBI, UTH, FDN, International ETFs like EWH and INP, EWU


Here is weekly chart of EWY. Breakdown of bear flag could lead to new strong downtrend to 48 USD area..

Still preferring short trades. Markets are in bearish mode. So I plan to make more short trades. Long trade picks will be chosen only when markets will come to some important support.
